What the association holds, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated August 18, 2026. Questions: info@nuprime.org.
The Nu Prime Alumni Association keeps a roster of initiated brothers and Stardusters built from Kappa Sigma headquarters records, the association’s own historical records, and information members send us. A record can include: name, pledge class, initiation date, email address, phone number, mailing address, and city and state.
The member directory on this site publishes a subset of that: name, pledge class, initiation year, email address, and city and state. Phone numbers and street addresses are never published on this site.
Email info@nuprime.org to see your record, correct it, hide your email or location from the directory, or be removed from the directory entirely. We honor these requests without conditions.
This site sets exactly one cookie, and only after you enter the member password: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the directory for up to 30 days. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies.
Like most web servers, ours logs requests, including IP addresses and password-attempt outcomes (never the password itself). Logs are kept by our hosting provider for roughly 30 days and are used only to operate and protect the site.
Three outside services process information for us:
We do not sell member information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these providers and the members-only directory described above.
The roster is the association’s permanent record of the brotherhood and is kept for as long as the association operates. Anything you ask us to remove from the directory or the mailing list is removed and stays removed.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and meaningful changes will be noted in the newsletter.
